// OVERVIEW

Designed a native mobile application for field service technicians managing work orders, parts inventory, and customer sign-off — entirely in the field, often offline.

// THE PROBLEM

Technicians were carrying printed work orders and calling dispatch 4–6 times per shift. The existing web portal didn’t work on mobile and was unusable with work gloves. The new app needed to work offline and require minimal reading.
