ImpactEstablished the foundational brand and UX documentation for UEG — giving the product and design team a single reference for visual identity, user archetypes, and product requirements.

This engagement covered the full spectrum of foundational product design documentation for UEG — from visual brand identity through user research artifacts. The deliverables established a shared language for the design and product team: how the brand looks, who the users are, and what they need the product to do.

1

BRAND STYLE GUIDE

Comprehensive visual identity documentation covering logo usage, color palette with accessibility ratios, typography system, iconography guidelines, photography direction, and do/don’t usage examples. Designed to be the single reference source for all brand decisions.

2

USER PERSONAS

Developed two primary and one secondary user persona based on research synthesis — each capturing goals, behaviors, pain points, tech comfort level, and key quotes. Personas were designed to be actionable decision-making tools, not wallpaper.

3

USER STORIES

Translated persona insights into a structured set of user stories covering the core product use cases. Stories followed the standard format (As a [user], I want to [action] so that [outcome]) and were prioritized by frequency and impact.

The documentation suite gave UEG’s team a complete foundation for consistent product and brand decision-making — reducing ambiguity in design reviews, aligning engineering on user needs, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
